We spent the day cycling! Been a long time since I cycled. Many people fell and surprisingly I didn't. Ok, I did, but I 'fell correctly'. I didn't injure myself.
My heart goes all out to Kailin and the bike she was riding on. Falling like 360 DEGREES hurts, alright (I didn't know it was called a 360 degrees fall till I read Kailin's blog). You should try falling that way. Instructions to do so: Ride fast till you feel like you're going on full speed. Then when you feel that it's the right time to fall, you brake the wheel in front and THERE YOU GO! You can then feel a hard thud. It's the ground. And congratulations, you suceed. But Kailin's fall wasn't on purpose, like duh. The brake just suddenly activated itself, only God knows why. :/
I was the grease monkey and heroine (not, but yes) today. (: I fixed like Yiqun's, partly Kailin's and Rachel's bike. :/ It;s easy. The chain came off only, except for Kailin's bike. Two vietnamese (I think) guy helped me and Yiqun, as we were helping Kailin bring her difficult bike back. They are pros la. They fixed it in like few seconds. Yiqun and I attempted to fix it but failed. So yeah. I don't want to go into smaller details or this post will be long and wordy and boring, but funny. (:
Took pictures. Then Vera, Sharon, Rachel and me wanted to take a taxi to the nearest mrt, But Ziyan called Vera and told us her father wanted to fetch us, so of course we accepted! :D Then we joked in the car. When we reached Jurong East, Vera took the mrt and the rest of us took 98. We joked even more while waiting for the bus and in the bus. Sharon and Rachel are damn funny and lame and so was I. :X
FHSS called and said there was no vacancy. Sorry AMCJ. Your efforts are wasted, especially when you wore you JJC shirt (no link).
